The AI stack built for small marketing teams.

Demand gen, content ops, lifecycle, events, and reporting — without ripping out your ESP.

A 3-person marketing team at a 120-person company runs demand gen, content, lifecycle, events, and analytics all at once. You're writing campaign briefs in Notion, pushing nurture flows in Customer.io or Mailchimp, chasing the contractor on next week's blog post, rebuilding the weekly pipeline-contribution report by joining HubSpot deals against GA4 sessions and Meta Ads spend, briefing the CEO on why MQL volume dipped last week, and trying to keep the event tracker current. Your stack is functional — Klaviyo or Customer.io for email, GA4 and Amplitude for analytics, HubSpot for CRM, Meta/Google/LinkedIn Ads for paid — and none of it talks to each other without a BI tool you don't have budget for. Starch doesn't replace your ESP or analytics. It connects HubSpot (Tier 1), Gmail, LinkedIn, plus ESPs and ad platforms via the integration browser, and lets you build the attribution view, the campaign dashboard, and the weekly report as natural-language apps on top of the data you already have.

Workflows we cover for Small Marketing Teams

Do I need to replace my ESP (Klaviyo, Customer.io, Mailchimp) to use Starch?
No. ESPs including Klaviyo, Customer.io, Mailchimp, ConvertKit, and ActiveCampaign connect via the integration browser — Starch queries them live. Your ESP stays where campaigns are built and sent. Starch reads performance data (open rates, clicks, conversions) and builds the cross-channel dashboards your ESP's native reporting won't.
Are there pre-built apps for marketing?
Growth Analyst (PostHog + Gmail), LinkedIn Automation, and X Mentions Tracker are live. For most marketing workflows — a campaign-by-campaign pipeline contribution view, a lifecycle dashboard spanning ESP and CRM, a content-ops tracker with SEO performance — you describe what you need and Starch builds it. The natural-language authoring is especially useful here because every team's funnel is different.
How does Starch handle GA4 and analytics?
GA4, Amplitude, and Mixpanel connect via the integration browser — Starch queries sessions, conversions, and funnel data live and joins them against CRM deals or ESP campaigns for a proper end-to-end view. For weekly or monthly reports, you describe the structure once and Starch regenerates it on a schedule, pulling live numbers — no more manual spreadsheet rebuilds.
What about paid ads — Meta, Google, LinkedIn?
Meta Ads, Google Ads, and LinkedIn Ads all connect via the integration browser. Starch pulls spend, impressions, clicks, and conversions live, joins against CRM pipeline contribution, and produces the ROAS-by-campaign view that currently takes you half of Monday to build. You can also describe automations — 'pause any campaign where CPL crosses $X' — and Starch runs them.
Can it help with content ops and SEO?
Yes. You connect your CMS (WordPress, Webflow, or browser-automated for niche platforms), Notion for briefs, and GA4 for performance. Starch can track briefs through draft/edit/publish stages, flag posts that aren't ranking after 90 days, and draft refresh prompts for your writers. Programmatic SEO workflows — generating hundreds of templated pages from a dataset — are squarely in scope.
Is this secure enough for customer data?
All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. ESP and ad platform connections use OAuth with scoped access. Honest note: Starch is not SOC 2 Type II certified yet, and there's no on-prem option. For most small marketing teams at sub-300-person companies, the posture is comparable to your existing ESP and analytics integrations.
